1 Fior di latte mozzarella cheese
1 Ripe tomato
5-6 Basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
Wash tomato and cut it into ½ cm slices. Cut Fior di latte mozzarella in the same way. Alternate tomato and Fior di latte mozzarella slices. Decorate with the basil leaves. Season with extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Or decorate with a light pesto made blending basil, oil, salt, pepper and one ice cube.
