Our family, originally from Gioia del Colle (Bari), moved to Piedmont, bringing along its enterprising spirit and love for traditions. From here, the great intuition: to combine the ancient Apulian dairy art of Gioia del Colle (mother earth of Fior di Latte mozzarella) with the delicious Piedmont stables milk.

1967

Was realized the craft laboratory in Feletto Canavese (Turin), the first meeting point for different cultures and habits: a path initially impervious but then studded with great successes, human and professional, that have always encouraged us to look ahead with optimism.

1975

Was created Caseificio Pugliese brand, from which everything began. Specialized in fresh spun paste cheese production (Fior di Latte mozzarella, Trecce, Nodini, Burrata, artisanal Ricotta and white and smoked Scamorza), is today the undisputed byword for made in Italy excellence.

1997

Conrado brand, Piedmont historical brand since 1933, enters with enthusiasm into Casa Radicci: dedicated to soft paste cheese production (fresh and aged Tomino, Primosale, herbed and mouldy Tomino), expands and diversifies the company offer, always respecting the combination between quality & tradition.

2012

Makes its entrance into our family the Venetian brand Spega, characterized by a consolidated decennial tradition. Endowed with excellent quality standards, the offer includes an articulated soft paste cheeses range: Stracchino, Crescenza, Robiola, fresh milk and yogurt, made with cow and goat milk. All attributes able to satisfy the most contemporary and sophisticated palates.

We are a big family composed by 150 passionate people committed every day to offering the best quality products obtainable from the “white nectar”. We transform over 200 milk tons per day, which give rise to over 8 million cheese kilograms per year for more than 40 different types of fresh spun paste cheese and soft paste cheese.
