Should we draw the family tree of Casa Radicci, Caseificio Pugliese would identify with our founder, reassuring emblem of the dairy tradition born in Puglia and transferred to Piedmont after World War II of '900. South and North, creativity and ingenuity in milk processing have joined together giving birth to a brand that, first in our country, encloses passion, tradition and innovation. Today, as in the past, we only use 100% Italian milk to produce a ``symbol`` in Italian food culture as Fior di Latte mozzarella, since always the most classic creative expression of Caseificio Pugliese. A taste poem from which everything began and that is still leading today our commitment to excellence.
