But the essence of the Conrado brand still remains faithful to our roots: we continue to produce only local soft cheeses<\/strong> – tomini, robiola and primo sale – in the Monferrato region of Lauriano. The continuous updating of production techniques goes hand in hand with respect for tradition<\/strong> and the territory that gave birth to it.<\/p>\n This is why the raw material continues to be Piedmontese milk from the local cowsheds<\/strong>, with a view to a circular economy.
