Fresh from frozen cheese, the new line of cheese that we offer to our Customers: easy to use, effective and safe with all their nutritional qualities preserved.
All FFF cheese are frozen cheese with a shelf life of 365 days. The cheese is purchased frozen and must be transported and kedt at -18°C to guarantee the integrity and the perfect conservation for 12 months.
No expiry date is printyed on each selling unit intended as the whole box, not the single pack.
On the outer box label you will find the date of production, the date of freezing and the expiry date (365 days from the date of freezing). Once the single unit is defrosted by the final consumer or final seller, a very long shelf life is granted for these cheese.
The final consumer of seller, will stick a label with the exact expiry date following our quality instruction.
