The flavours of Piedmontese tradition
Ours is a story that is intertwined with that of a sweet and fertile land, the Monferrato, from which a relationship of loyalty and deep respect is born. With its enchanting landscape, marked by the course of its hills separated by watercourses and united by the shades of the sky, this territory is the cradle of a brand that has been able to treasure its wise tradition to transform the flavours of the land into art.

The goodness of a simple yet authentic product
Here, in the place that has given birth to so many of Italy’s finest food and wine products, our passion for the cheese-making tradition was also born. A passion that dates back to 1933, when a couple of dairymen began producing soft cheeses according to Monferrato recipes.

A LONG TRADITION OF FLAVOURS
The most popular Conrado products
In over 90 years of business, a lot has changed: from success to growth through continuous innovation. But the essence of the Conrado brand still remains faithful to our roots: we continue to produce only local soft cheeses – tomini, robiola and primo sale – in the Monferrato region of Lauriano. The continuous updating of production techniques goes hand in hand with respect for tradition and the territory that gave birth to it.
This is why the raw material continues to be Piedmontese milk from the local cowsheds, with a view to a circular economy. From sustainable production to fully recyclable packaging, our respect for the environment is the natural development of our love for a fertile land, for those hills and landscapes that have given so much to our cheese-making art and to our success.
