We have a single watchword that characterises all aspects of our work: quality. This concept, for us at Casa Radicci, is not abstract, but a choice that we renew every day and that takes concrete form in three different aspects.
It all starts with the selection of the raw material, which is the “soul” of our products, the undisputed source of taste and authenticity. We only process 100% Italian milk of the day, most of which comes from selected and certified Piedmontese stable – which breed pure Frisona cows, queens in the production of top quality milk – and from Saanen and Camosciata goat farms (in Lombardy and Piedmont).

Passion is the engine of our production
Our processing quality is based on the expertise and passion of two generations of professionals. Craftsmanship and technology coexist thanks to the commitment of experts who, even today, transform the milk manually, with the support of industrial machinery.
Milk and milk enzymes that are 100% Italian and not derived from genetically modified microorganisms give life to a triumph of flavours and aromas: rennet, also Italian and not GMO, and very fine quarry salt complete our products, maintaining their flavour unchanged. Additives are also banned, in the interests of unique goodness and authenticity.
Finally, quality in relationships, as confirmed by the clarity, transparency and frankness that outline the fil rouge of our company policy, which protects and enhances partners, buyers and consumers.
