Casa Radicci, a historic Italian brand of fresh streched and soft cheeses, is one of the market leaders in the dairy sector. Our brand philosophy is based on three main concepts: experience, goodness and quality.

Passion, tradition and innovation are the values that distinguish us and guide the production of our three brands: Caseificio Pugliese, Conrado and Spega. For more than 50 years, we have relied on a strongly consolidated expertise, technological innovation and extremely qualified, cutting-edge research and development.

And then our most precious ingredients: 100% Italian milk, mostly from Piedmont and strictly from controlled farms, starter cultures, rennet and salt. Our raw materials are carefully selected, certified and transformed daily into cheese through a rigorous short supply chain model. From the milk collected every day, we make our products with care and passion and distribute them throughout Italy and abroad.
