The taste of history. The Radicci family has been producing delicious fior di latte specialities since the 1960s. In addition to the art and passion of the master cheesemakers, the formula has been improved over time to meet the needs and palates of all consumers.
The secret of goodness is hidden in an excellent raw material: Piedmontese milk. A milk characterised by a high percentage (75%) of casein (milk protein) and obtained from cows, of Friesian breed only, fed with high quality hay and mixed dry fodder (maize, soya and cotton). On farms strategically located for climate, environment and habit.
